Pastor Dante’ LaRand Miller was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, the youngest of three siblings. It was his mother who introduced him to the importance of church at an early age. His mother showed him the importance of serving in a church as she has served as an Usher in her church for 40+ years.

After graduating from high school, his life journey began by attending Indiana State University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Hardware Engineering and an Associate of Science degree in Electronics & Computer Technology, he decided to move to Minneapolis by invitation from a college friend for better job opportunities in 2005. His college friend also introduced him to The Holy Christian Church International. In October 2006, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

He later received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire on Pentecost Sunday 2008. While serving as an adjutant to his pastor Archbishop Wayne Randolph Felton since 2008, much spiritual and natural knowledge was gained. In 2010, he was ordained as an Elder. In June 2019 during the International Christian Assembly, he was given the assignment to Pastor The Holy Christian Church-New Orleans. His first service as Pastor was held in October 2019. Since then, the Lord has continually added to the church.

Pastor Miller has been married to his wife and co-laborer in the Gospel, Keiarria L. Miller for 15 years. Together they have three children, Dante’ (Miller II), Kandace, and Priscilla.

First Lady Keiarria LaShay Miller, wife of Pastor Dante’ Miller, was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She received the Lord Jesus Christ in August 2006 and has been actively involved in ministry since 2008. These duties have included but were not limited to ushering, greeting, children's ministry worker, hospitality, and altar ministry. First Lady Miller serves alongside her husband as he ministers as pastor.

She exemplifies the definition of a helpmeet and a God-fearing woman. She nurtures their children and pours into the women and young ladies of The Holy Christian Church-New Orleans.

She has seen the importance of post-secondary education and graduated with an Associate of Science degree in Childcare Development from Minneapolis Community Technical College in 2011.
